FOLSOM EUROPE
2009 a de nouveau été un immense succès. Plus de 25 000 visiteurs venus du monde entier ont participé à la 6e édition de notre événement. Ce succès trouve aussi un écho à l'étranger. FOLSOM EUROPE a été élu fin 2008 "Best European Fetish Event of the Year 2008" en Grande-Bretagne. À Chicago, lors de l'"International Mr. Leather 2009", l'association Folsom Europe e.V. a reçu le Pantheon Price de la meilleure grande organisation bénévole 2009.

Notre attaché de presse Jürgen Renzel a reçu l'International Award et Oswin Struik (RoB et PIG), membre et sponsor de Folsom Europe, a été nommé meilleur directeur de société commerciale de l'année. Au total, avec celui de 2006, nous avons déjà reçu quatre Pantheon Prices. Merci de cette reconnaissance ! Au même moment à Cleveland, notre co-fondateur et ex-membre du bureau Daniel Rüster a été un des trois Européens admis au bureau du Leather Hall of Fame.
Le 4 septembre 2010 : septième round pour FOLSOM EUROPE ! Nous organisons de nouveau la plus grande rencontre cuir/fétiche d'Europe, de 12 à 21h. 20 000 visiteurs sont attendus du monde entier. Juste à côté du nouvel hôtel design AXEL, ils plongeront dans une atmosphère bon enfant, avec des stands de boisson-restauration, de vente et d'information, et pourront écouter la musique de DJs européens réputés. Les Sœurs de l'OSPI et d'autres groupes berlinois feront la quête aux entrées, destinée aux projets que nous subventionnons.

We need YOU for a few hours for charity!
FOLSOM EUROPE has managed to raise more than 50.000 Euros with the help of its visitors and volunteers and donate them to various charitable projects. Once again, we need you and ask you to take part in Europe's biggest leather fest!

FOLSOM EUROPE Parties 2009
On Thursday, September 2nd at 7 pm FOLSOM EUROPE and the AXEL HOTEL BERLIN are inviting to the CARNE CRUDA, the FOLSOM EUROPE Leather Dinner in the restaurant at AXEL HOTEL. Reservations @ oliver.boehme@axelhotels.com
On Friday evening the BOXER BARCELONA BBQ is following, also at 7 pm at the AXEL HOTEL. While having a beer and enjoying the BBQ all FOLSOM EUROPE visitors are having the opportunity to have a classy and relaxed start into the weekend, right in the heart of "Schöneberg". DJ huxley 23 (Berlin) is going to provide the suitable beats.

Friday at 10 pm the next party is going to be the legendary PERVERTS BERLIN Party at the "Glashaus". The official FOLSOM EUROPE Party expects once more about 1500 studs from all over the world - on two levels and with three DJs. The party is at the "Glashaus" in Berlin-Kreuzberg (Easy to get to from Subway Station "Schlesisches Tor"). Tickets online at www.pervertsberlin.com, at all MrB Stores as well as in many Berlin leather and fetish stores. PERVERTS BERLIN is organized by our premium sponsor Mister B and supports FOLSOM EUROPE and its beneficiaries.
On Saturday 4th, 11 pm the PIG PARTY is going to be the final highlight of the mega-events of FOLSOM EUROPE. The new location - Die Alte Münze (The Old Mint) - promises a gigantic labyrinth with basements. The venue is conveniently located around the corner from Alexanderplatz with the closest U-bahn being Klosterstrasse (2 minutes walk from the subway station Klosterstrasse). PiG presents a list of top DJs from across Europe, the UK and the US, including, Paul Heron (London), Per QX (London/Sweden), Manuel Carranco (Spain), Frank Wild (San Francisco), Connie Casserole (NY) and other favourites including Eduardo de la Torre, Mikael Costa, Johann de Beers, Scorpio and RedTom Cat.

RESPECT
Depuis le premier jour, FOLSOM EUROPE a été soumis à une observation critique. Il est compréhensible que certains habitants du quartier n'apprécient pas particulièrement le thème de l'événement, mais ils se plaignent aussi parfois à raison du comportement déplacé d'un petit nombre de visiteurs.

Nous organisons FOLSOM EUROPE aussi et surtout pour nous ouvrir aux autres et pour exiger du respect pour notre façon de vivre.
Ceci suppose évidemment aussi que tous les visiteurs se comportent de manière respectueuse envers les habitants de notre quartier. C'est pourquoi attirons l'attention sur les trois règles de base de FOLSOM EUROPE :
* Un bel emballage excite l'appétit - les parties génitales doivent être couvertes !
* Le sexe, c'est bon - surtout dans les backrooms et à nos soirées. Mais pas dans la rue !
* Les WC que nous installons spécialement pour l'événement sont gratuits. Jardins et cours n'ont pas besoin d'engrais supplémentaire !
Pour exiger d'être respectés, il faut que nous respections les autres !

FOLSOM EUROPE Visite guidée
Suite au succès de la première édition en 2007, FOLSOM EUROPE propose de nouveau à ses visiteurs une visite guidée de Berlin. Départ le vendredi 3 septembre à 13h00 pour une traversée de la ville en bus à impériale d'environ 2h30 - 3h. Les explications du guide sont en allemand et en anglais. Départ et arrivée dans le quartier gay de Schöneberg ; prix : 18 €. Les organisateurs de la fête de rue poursuivent trois buts : renforcer les organisations cuir/fétichistes, donner à celles-ci une visibilité publique pour combattre les préjugés, et soutenir des initiatives d'utilité publique européennes consacrées au SIDA.
Aux Etats-Unis, Folsom Street Fair collecte chaque année plusieurs centaines de milliers de dollars, qui financent divers projets. FOLSOM EUROPE, grâce à ses visiteurs et à ses bénévoles, a déjà pu distribuer en quatre ans près de 50 000 € de dons à différents projets choisis chaque année. Plus d'infos :
